Rosehip Extract

Rose Hips are rich in vitamins A, C and E and carotenoids including beta carotene, Lycopene and Lutein. Rosehips were traditionally used during WW2 to provide Vitamin C, which was needed especially by children. The blockade of imports during that time meant that oranges were rarely available. The Rosehips were gathered and converted into the famous Rose Hip Syrup. The hips were also used to make a herbal tea.Their use has once again returned to popularity.
